Marketing Mondays is comprised of three, 2-hour marketing sessions:
- Week one: Prepare for success with an integrated marketing plan. In this session, we’ll focus on making sure you’ve identified the correct target audience.
- Week two: How to establish SMART goals and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In this session we’ll identify different ways to measure your marketing’s performance.
- Week three: Q&A session. We ask participants to send us their top three marketing challenges/issues/concerns in advance of the final session, and we answer them together as a group.
